1 stalk celery
Few radishes medium size
Consume it half hour before breakfast.
2. Grapefruit, apple cider vinegar and mint
½ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
½ cup mint tea
Consume 1 cup before each meal.
3. Chia seeds, lemon and water
Mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with the juice of ½ lemon in a glass of water.
Let it stand for 10 minutes before drinking.
Consume it in the morning on an empty stomach.
4. Ginger lemonade
Make a ginger tea and let it cool down. Squeeze juice from 3 lemons and add it to the tea.
Add few ice cubes and consume it anytime during the day.
